Obama names Sotomayor to Supreme Court

It's good to see Obama nominate a new face on U.S. Supreme Court. Some interesting comment and writting from web related to this news:

Its sad that in Obama's and in Sotomayor's comments, the word "Constitution" didn't appear once. Isn't that what a Supreme Court justice is suppose to do?

Given her background, any effort to filibuster her nomination could carry political risks, since Hispanics are the fastest-growing segment of the population and an increasingly important one politically.
